Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested within 2 days of placing the order.
  • Orders for certain items (such as grocery or some stationery products) cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
  • If a product is damaged or defective, you must notify our Customer Service within 2 days of receipt.
  • All refund requests are subject to approval after inspection by our vendors.
  • If an item is not as described, report within 2 days. We'll review and make a decision accordingly.
  • Products with manufacturer warranties must be addressed to the respective manufacturer.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your BharatCartz wallet only.
  • Wallet balance is usable on future purchases and does not expire.
  • Approved refunds take 6–7 working days to be processed.

Note: We reserve the right to reject refund or cancellation requests that do not comply with the above conditions.
