• By accessing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• A minimal platform charge of ₹5 per order applies per day.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate seller accounts at our discretion.
• Sellers must ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and not misleading.
• Prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or items violating local laws must not be listed.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify product listings that violate our policies.
• We reserve the right to modify, increase, or update our commission rates at any time without prior notice.
• It is the seller's responsibility to regularly review the commission terms to stay informed about any updates. Continued use of our platform after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the revised commission rates.
• Commission fees, transaction charges, service fees, etc... will be deducted before payout.
• Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from the seller’s earnings if applicable.
• Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping orders within the specified timeframe.
• Late deliveries or cancellations due to the seller’s fault may result in Suspension Of Account or penalties.
• Delivery and return costs are borne by the seller.
• Sellers must comply with Bharat Cartz's return and refund policy.
• Products eligible for return must be accepted within the specified return period.
• Money is credited to the customer’s wallet two (2) days after the delivery date; delays may occur in some cases.
• Sellers must submit a withdrawal request to receive their earnings.
• Payment processing for withdrawals may take up to one (1) week before funds are transferred to the seller’s bank account.
• Sellers must not engage in fraudulent activities, including fake orders or reviews.
• Misrepresentation of products, pricing manipulation, or misleading advertising is prohibited.
• Communication with customers must be professional and in accordance with Bharat Cartz policies.
• Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
• Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Any applicable GST, VAT, or other taxes must be included in product pricing as required by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of these terms.
• Notifications related to orders, offers, or platform updates etc will be available for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance. After this period, notifications will be automatically removed from your account. We recommend reviewing your notifications regularly to stay informed about important updates.
• All product details, including descriptions, specifications, and features, must be accurately provided by the seller. In case of any false information, misleading content, or complaints regarding the product, the seller will be solely responsible and held accountable. The platform will not be liable for any discrepancies or issues arising from incorrect product information.
• If a seller is found to be consistently canceling orders without valid reasons, the company reserves the right to take appropriate action. This may include, but is not limited to, warning notices, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination to ensure a reliable shopping experience for customers.
• Sellers found engaging in fraudulent activities, policy violations, or customer dissatisfaction may face account suspension.
• We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the modified terms.
